Quality
The quality of our final products starts with raw material. Major suppliers are subjected to on site audits by our quality and purchasing personnel and must supply lot to lot test data and regular statistical summaries. From there, quality control continues. Using statistical process control methods and computer analysis, we perform quality checks of products and equipments. Throughout the manufacturing process, operator controlled SPC is used wherever possible. We monitor everything precisely before, during and after the manufacturing process. Nothing is shipped unless it meets our rigorous requirements.
